Happy Place Festival

Updated: Aug 14, 2020

Happening right now and for the next month from 12th June - 12th July 2020, Fearne Cotton’s Happy Place has transformed into a virtual festival that is promoting both physical and mental wellbeing.

Here you’ll find a diverse combination of entertainment and informative sessions with something for everyone spread out throughout the month.

What to Expect

On the main stage you'll find a diverse range of activities that will have your body energised and mind focussed in equal measure.

Relax, unwind and take a deep breath with rejuvenating meditation sessions at Meditation Mountain.

Or head down to the wellbeing garden for yoga classes for all abilities.

Discover your artistic talent down at family retreat and craft village and try your hand at something new, guided by tutorials to encourage your inner creative to come alive.

Or sit back, relax and feel inspired by the many guest speakers down at Talk lounge as they discuss mental health, nutrition and self-care and much more. Happy Place festival is packed full of interesting activities, talks and inspiration to help us explore our own mental and physical wellbeing and learn a thing or two about how to maintain a healthy balance.....all from the comfort of your own home. So why not take a look and explore the festival yourself. I'm sure you'll find something for you! Ben Webster
